You are cordially invited to an afternoon with Jason Jones!
Jason’s much-loved restaurant Entrecôte is celebrating ten years, and to mark the occasion he has penned a book “Entrecôte Dupis 2015” that weaves together his story, his inspirations, and recipes for some of his favourite dishes.
Hosted by Richard Cornish, an accomplished food writer and author in his own right. Together, these two locals will share their thoughts on food, hospitality, regional life, and the many stories that emerge when passion and business collide.
Tickets are $38 and include a selection of Jason’s favourite things: A glass of Chablis, chicken sandwich with tarragon of course, and a few other delightful treats.
